David Nigro

David Nigro is a dedicated and results-driven attorney with more than a decade of legal experience spanning immigration law, civil litigation, bankruptcy, and public-sector legal service. Currently practicing as an immigration attorney, David has built a strong reputation for passionately advocating on behalf of individuals and families navigating complex immigration matters, including asylum, removal defense, humanitarian relief, and family-based immigration cases. He has successfully represented clients before Immigration Courts and USCIS offices throughout the country, combining strong courtroom advocacy with compassionate client representation. His background in criminal justice and intelligence analysis further strengthens his investigative skills, strategic case development, and attention to detail.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Intelligence and Crime Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
