Faith Hegstad

Faith Hegstad is a Law Clerk at Ferreira Law committed to providing client-centered representation to individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system. Before joining Ferreira Law, Faith gained hands-on experience in immigration advocacy through Yale Law School’s Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic, Catholic Charities D.C. Immigration Legal Services, and Penn State Law’s Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic. Through these experiences, she worked on a range of immigration matters, including humanitarian relief, removal defense, and family-based immigration, and developed a strong commitment to ensuring that clients remain informed and supported while pursuing the strongest possible outcomes in their cases.
Faith earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, where she completed a concentration in Immigration and Migration. Prior to attending law school, she earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Minot State University. Her background in social work continues to shape her approach to immigration practice, particularly her emphasis on empathy, clear communication, and understanding each client’s individual circumstances. Faith is dedicated to using her legal training and advocacy experience to help clients navigate complex immigration matters with confidence.
