Rachael Braender-Lipira

Rachael earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she graduated as a Fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society after completing more than 200 hours of pro bono service. During law school, she interned with the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office, where she developed her client advocacy skills while representing individuals navigating some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives and working to ensure their right to due process.

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware, during which time she participated in the Inside-Out program, studying criminology alongside inmates at the Plummer Correctional Facility. 

Now as an Immigration Attorney with Ferreira Law, Rachael is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered representation and ensuring that each client’s rights are honored throughout the legal process. Her experience in medical malpractice and domestic violence has shaped her commitment to trauma-informed care and its important role in effective legal advocacy.

During the fall of 2017 and spring of 2018, Gabrielle served as a Marshall Brennan fellow and taught constitutional law to high school students in Camden, New Jersey. As a law student, Gabrielle was involved with Hunter Moot Court, Domestic Violence Project, and Environmental Law Society.

Gabrielle graduated magna cum laude from Philadelphia University in 2015, earning a B.S. with high honors in environmental sustainability and law and society. During her junior year, Gabrielle studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark, concentrating her studies on human trafficking in a global context. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Gabrielle worked as a chief marketing officer and public relations coordinator for a health startup.

Gabrielle is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
